The support center was developed to provide subcontractors with documents needed to work on Freese Construction Projects. It gives subcontractors convenient access to important information.

Subcontractor Qualification Form
New subcontractors are required to submit a Qualification Form in order to work with Freese Construction. The form will enter your company into the database to be contacted for projects bidding.

Important Subcontractor Forms:
Subcontractor Forms Required Before 1st Billing
•  W-9 Form (Includes Instructions)
•  Insurance Certificate – Must be an original from the agent submitted on an official ACORD certificate.
• Signed Contract – Must be fully executed through project manager and is required prior to first payment.
• Signed Change Order – Must be fully executed prior to being billed.
