Richard A. Freese, Executive Vice President – General Counsel

Richard has over 20 years of legal experience that he brings to Freese Construction. He advises the corporation on all legal matters concerning Freese Construction and provides guidance on contractual issues. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, The Mississippi State Bar, Alabama State Bar, and American Trial Lawyers Association.

Bill Roach, Orlando General Manager

Bill is responsible for overseeing the Orlando Regional Office. He has over 20 years of construction experience in the Southeast with projects ranging from $5-$20 Million. As the Orlando General Manager, Bill provides continuous overall management direction for each project in Central Florida. As the primary liaison between the Client and Design Team, Bill is involved throughout the life of the project to ensure all the clients’ objectives are met.

Brandon Putzer, Austin General Manager

Brandon is responsible for overseeing the Austin Regional Office. He has over 14 years of construction experience in the Southeast and Texas with projects ranging from $5-$200 Million. As the Austin General Manager, Brandon provides continuous overall management direction for each project in Texas. As the primary liaison between the Client and Design Team, Brandon is involved throughout the life of the project to ensure all the clients’ objectives are met.
